Community Health Center of Cape Cod is expanding into Sandwich. They will be located in the former Emerald Physicians building off Rt. 6A (last used by Cape Cod Health Care s physician s group).
The center s CEO,
Karen L. Gardner, announced a January 2021 opening.
The mission of Community Health Center of Cape Cod is to improve the health of our community through the provision of comprehensive, high quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Gardner told a number of community activists, gathered on the patio at the
Bistro Inn on Tuesday night, that CHC has over 20,000 patients on Cape Cod and beyond, including 1,500 patients from Sandwich.
