The Wine Scholar Guild Announces New French Programs Director

The Wine Scholar Guild (WSG) is continuing to grow in 2021 with the addition of Vancouver-based sommelier Matthew Landry as its French Programs Director.
This marks an exciting new chapter in the Guild’s evolution and growth. Julien Camus, WSG President, comments
“We had over 125 highly qualified applicants for this position. Matthew stood out for his energy, creativity, wine savvy and passion for all things French. We are proud to now count him among our own.”
In his new role, Landry will take over the reins of the Guild’s French programming from Lisa M. Airey, WSG Director of Education. “It’s a bittersweet transition, states Lisa Airey, “I will miss my daily association and focus on the French wine industry, but this frees me up to work on other projects and WSG never lacks for those! I’m delighted that Matthew will take the baton. He is a man of many talents
