This month s speaker is Dr. Sandy Valdes Haas, owner of Benchmark Medical Group. For 15 years, the Windsor wellness center has been helping its patients take control of their health and wellness through cryotherapy, rehabilitation services and more including their $99 a month weight-loss program.
