Chief U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl recently sentenced 43-year-old Tremayne Thunder of Ethete to 21 months’ imprisonment for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The sentence imposed by Judge Skavdahl in Wyoming Federal Court included three years of supervised release and a $100 s
