Is this worth $2k? I am close to pulling the trigger on a WK2 Limited 4x4. I have two options that I’m considering. The first is a 2014 with 82,000 miles. One owner, always in the SE (no salt damage to worry about) and one accident reported (seems to have been on the dealer lot before it was ever sold).
The second one is a 2015 with 52,000 miles plus the tow package. One owner, no accidents, in MA or OH. Costs $2k more for a year newer, 30,000 less miles, and the tow package. That seems like the better option. Am I wrong? Why or why not?

T5 Rebuild Advice/Suggestions Looks like I am finally going to have my transmission rebuilt (I have to manually hold it in 4th) and am wondering a few things to make sure I am getting this done correctly.
I just had to replace the cylinder head last year so the engine is pretty much taken care of.
Hood louvers
Hood louvers Living in the high desert presents and interesting challenge in keeping cars cool so I have been looking for some hood louvers that fit the WJ and found some that seemed to fit the bill on ebay. They came in the mail today and I wanted to share, I really like the look and they fit the hood well. Hopefully they will help with cooling during the hot summer months here in the high desert.
I am looking at doing something similar with mine.
Everytime I go up to the mountains and drive a steep section at low speeds the engine warms up a little too much. I don t like letting the needle got past halfway.
4.0 lifter replacement So, starting to think about replacing all my lifters. When I start in the morning I m getting pretty bad clatter from one or two, then after it warms up it quiets down quit a bit.
I ve had the pan off, and I don t suspect piston slap because there is no chafing in the cylinders, and as I turned it over by hand I didn t see the pistons rocking.
When I pull the head, do I just unbolt the exhaust and pull the whole thing? Or do I pull the manifolds? I will be doing this by myself, so not sure of the weight of the whole assembly, not looking to pull a nut.
How bad is this? Dana 44 LSD Clutch slip (pics) Went to change the diff oil and discovered this misaligned clutch plate. It looks like its been wearing down the housing.
Can I close it back up and deal with this another time? Jeeps been driving great no problems.

sampsonrustic is offline Jeep is not being wheeled these days just driving around town.
I could rebuild / replace the clutch pack but I think the housing is my concern. If I put new plates in will the same thing keep happening? Seems like the tab of the last clutch pack piece has started slipping out of the housing slot. Almost like theres not enough pressure to keep it in place?
