The good, the bad and the ugly because life is no rose bed where everything goes perfectly where there are no imperfections in your life. I put that in the mistake. For those that are going to read this book, all of you that are going to buy one, thats great. Buy some more. Youll see that there are very detailed situations. This book took me about almost a year to do. Omar tyre, a heck of a writer. Fan or 20 books of his own. Function books. Im up until 1 00 in the morning. Going to work an my council job. Working saturday, sunday, late into the night. Working on holidays to make sure i was accurate in what i was trying to put together. And i talked to a number of tape recorders to try to put this together. And it was a labor of love. A labor of love. And so my life didnt start it didnt end with the vista. The vista was about this much of a sliver in my 78 years. Just a sliver. Thats all it was. It was important. Im going to get that out of the way right now. Regardless of what happene
Tactical level, theres great communication. Theres always a challenge when things are unfolding very quickly and we even see that in the canadian incident. We know that in these situations. So, i think the Strategic Communication is great. The tactical information exchanges have proven while and we are working jointly training. There is a lot of interoperability so there is a good place but theres always room for improvement. Host we appreciate your time this morning. I listened to that date campaign 2013. [ cheering and applause ] miss schwartz. Good evening, everybody. I am carol schwartz, a former at large member of the d. C. Council. Some of you may remember me from my 16 years on the council as well as my two terms on the board of education and may also remember that i lost 5 1 2 years ago my reelection for the council because i gave sick leave to workers. And im very proud of that, even though i have been threatened by some in the Business Community that they would come after me if i pushed ahead. I think its important for people who have parttime jobs and who work to have some sick leave and so if i had to do it all again and have taken this leave of absence because of it, because i lost my election, i would do it all again. But i want to come back so i can continue doing things for people who need it, helping our vulnerable population, getting affordingable housing, helping our homeless, giving drug treatment and alcohol treatment to those who need it.
