N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore and Rep. David Willis were involved in a car accident late on Thursday where they were "rammed from behind several times."
The North Carolina House Speaker and another lawmaker were uninjured after their SUV was rammed on the highway. The driver was charged with impaired driving and other counts.
