Gary m. Weise he sold his practice in vail and moved to florida. Each of the women had other doctors then look at their cases. Thats when they say they learned they did not have ms. Dr. Weise whos had trouble in other states entered into a settlement with the state medical board where he agreed not to renew his license in colorado. The rescue off highway 1 in the north bay. Kpix 5s andria borba tells us some survived flagged down help. Reporter the truck went off the asphalt and straight down into a ravine. 250 feet down. Reporter this paint is the only sign mark anything happened here till you look at the busted railing, giving way to trees. [ indiscernible ] the van crashed around 345 and no one was aware till fire crews saw something. Flagged down reporter 2 of 3 men climbed out, the driver was trapped and the chp had to use a helicopter and a basket to get him out. There is minor injuries for all. Reporter recovering the van will be a project for another day. Due to the location and how dark it is at night and the amount of time we will wait till tomorrow before werecover it.
