Topping the list is health care. 48 of americans said health care is the top domestic issue. This is up 5 from 2017 and 17 from 2016. At 31 , concerns about taxes also increased by 17 . Resp respondents were asked about President Trumps performance. Less than half said he fulfilled Campaign Promises and democrats say he did not. After the first year in office, 71 of americans say the country is going in the wrong direction.
