Luce is part of a group of community and business leaders who are working with Williams County Health Commissioner Jim Watkins to help stop the spread of COVID-19 through disseminating information.
Watkins said Gov. Mike DeWine has said it is important for community and business leaders to come together to help spread the word.
âI think itâs important we have everyone in the community be a part of this (fight against COVID-19),â Watkins said. âThis is what itâs going to take. Itâs really got to be a community effort.â
