WEST CHESTER, PA A man who provided management services to homeowners associations in three states has admitted he embezzled $1.8 million from his clients by making unauthorized transfers of money.
William C. Huyler III, 41, of East Marlborough Township, pleaded guilty to 53 felonies connected to approximately $1.8 million he misappropriated from eight homeowners associations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, according to the Chester County District Attorney s Office.
The affected homeowners associations were in East Goshen, Uwchlan, Upper Merion, and West Norriton townships in Pennsylvania, and in Marlton, NJ and Kent County, Del.
