A landmarked office building immediately east of the Royal Park Bridge has sold for $17 million, the price recorded Wednesday with the deed.
The buyer was a Delaware-registered limited liability company named 450 RPW LLC. Because of Delaware’s strict corporate privacy laws, no other information about the buyer was immediately available.
