I called the hospital 54 times until they put me on the vaccine waiting list
Sue Hill called her local hospital more than 50 times before she eventually got through to their Covid vaccination appointment booking service. She heard Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital was giving the vaccine to people over-70 who lived in south London if they called the dedicated number.
