Indictments: Multiple Marion men charged on separate sex-related crimes
The Marion grand jury indicted a Marion man who was arrested on multiple sexually-charged crimes during the Wednesday session of the Common Pleas Court.
Maxwell Zayne-Tukker Schultz, 23, of Marion was arrested on Jan. 1 this year and charged with the following:
22 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person with 11 being a second-degree felonies and the other 11 being fourth-degree felonies.
22 counts of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance with 11 being second-degree felonies and the other 11 being fifth-degree felonies.
