Pleaded guilty to operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, sentenced to 90 days in the house of correction, concurrent with sentence in another case. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Roy M. Beaudoin, 77, of Sunrise Terrace, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to crosswalk violation and leaving the scene of personal injury, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/14/14 for pretrial conference. David K. Navedo, 21, of Swamp Road, Whately. Charge of shoplifting, at Adam and Eve store on Main Street in Greenfield, to be dismissed on payment of on payment of $25 restoration, to be paid by 10/24/14.

Walter Ramos, 45, of Springfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for trespassing, in Whately by state police, fined $100. Charge of intimidating a witness, a juror, police or court official, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.
Michael E. Hulslander, 28, of High Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to discharging a BB gun/air rifle on a right of way, fined $50.
Jonathan F. Hardy, 35, of McClelland Farm Road, Deerfield. Charge of operating with suspended license, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.
Leland J. Herrett, 27, of Park Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating with suspended license, in Montague by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of change of name or address.
