The Pennsbury School District plans to hire Thomas Smith, an educator from New Jersey, to become the district s next superintendent. Smith currently serves as superintendent of the Hopewell Valley Regional School District in Pennington. He also has served as the president of the Mercer County Administrators Association for seven years and was named Mercer s Superintendent of the Year in 2018.
