meanwhile tonight, police have released the name of one of the suspects, saying she is charges with three counts of assault. the vicious assault captured on the cell phone camera of a mcdonald s employee has outraged people across the country. the victim said the incident started as she was trying to use this bathroom at a mcdonald s. i went to go use the bathroom. a girl spit in my face and said are you trying to talk to my man. the other girl spit in my face. they started to ripping at my hair and throwing me on the floor. a 14-year-old girl accused of taking part in the attack charged as a juvenile. come to find out the girl is 14 years old. i was shocked. they kicked me in my face. they hurt me really badly and i m afraid to go outside because of stuff like this. reporter: only one mcdonald s employees tried to intervene. several others can be heard laughing. the one that videotaped the attack has since been fired. she wanted to thank the employee who stepped in
