Chief Trial Assistant District Attorney Jason Rosenwasser said a large fight broke out inside the restaurant involving multiple patrons throwing bottles and other objects. Customers, including Murphy, began exiting. Murphy, Rosenwasser said, went to the car he drove that night and retrieved what appeared to be a semi-automatic pistol, clearly visible tucked into his waistband as he reentered the business.
