Pub games like pool, darts and axe-throwing are set to resume, with restrictions, in New York on March 5, according to new guidance released this week by the state Health Department.
The fine print on the rules came after Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s announcement Monday that pool/billiards halls, along with movie theaters, could reopen on March 5 with certain restrictions.
