Not on the political side of congress, not on the current battles of congress, but on the institution of congress as a representation of Representative Democracy and how our federal government was intended to work and has worked over the last 200 years. They created Congress Week to coincide with these first two quorums the house and senate had in 1789. In celebrating Congress Week, we have various ways of doing that.
