C. the latest on the story. Reporter a 20year sentence was given mark ross for giving fentanyl to a teenaged woman a year ago. Eighteenyearold eve tarmey died last october in a Rochester Motel room. Investigators say the drug she used was bought in massachusetts by ross. Ross pleaded guilty to distributing a controlled substance to a person under 21. Prosecutors are satisfied with the prison term. That no is a particularly potent drug. It only takes a few grains to kill someone. Dont distribute it.
