The communications ministry and Huawei South Africa introduce a broadband development initiative that aims to increase the country’s fibre penetration.
The South African Department of Communications and Digital Technologies (DCDT), represented by Acting DG Ms Nonkqubela Jordan-Dyani, and Huawei represented by South Africa’s CEO Will Meng, have signed a partnership agreement on the sidelines of the BRICS Ministers of Communications Meeting which took place in Cape Town last week.
