Merchants in downtown North Wilkesboro will soon have the ability to validate customer parking tickets, after the town board weighed in on the matter Nov. 14.
The Brushy Mountain Ruritan Club named Andrew and Gayle Parker grand marshals for the 2023 Brushy Mountain Apple Festival, which is Oct. 7 in downtown North Wilkesboro.
