against Bradford man bound to court
A Bradford man who has several active criminal cases had escape charges against him bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Wililam Todd.
Daniel J. Roach, 45, is charged in this case with criminal attempt-escape, a third-degree felony, and institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor.
According to Lewis Run-based state police, in November, state troopers were dispatched to the McKean County Jail, 17013 U.S. Route 6, Keating Township, for a report of an attempted escape.
Through their investigation, troopers found that Roach put a hole in the yard fence to try to escape, police alleged.
