A High Court judge has finished overseeing a fight over money involving a former investment banker and his estranged wife and made decisions about the division of assets.

A former investment banker was today cleared of assaulting his wife in their £11m mansion after accusing her of being a gold digger .
Clive Standish, 68, was accused of attacking Anna Standish, who was in the process of divorcing him, by trying to barge down a door she was behind.
Anna, who threatened to get him out of their luxurious 83-acre mansion in Basingstoke, had previously claimed her husband tried to punch her during the dispute.
But a District Judge threw out the case against him saying that in his view the breakdown of the marriage had led to emotion interfering with reality .
