There were multiple tips that came in from people that believed they saw lawyer mcbride. Police say he was still driving his silver 4 door mercedes that he was last seen in. It was parked out front of the fast Food Establishment while he ate his meal. Us marshalls and richmond detectives made their way to sacramento as soon as they got that call. This investigation started yesterday morning after mcbride allegedly shot and killed his ex girlfriend in front of her children. It was all caught on surveillance cameras. Earlier this afternoon he was brought here to richmond pd for questioning then transported to the martinez detention facility. This isnt the first time mcbride has been involved with the law.
