The time has come: Bethel Park s much needed renovations will get underway in February. The park will be closed for about a year while stream restoration and park renovations are completed.
While most of Monday night’s meeting of the Morganton City Council centered on Bethel Park, the council did have to spend some money to pay a property owner for utility
