The Shops at Nod Brook, a roughly 100,000-square-foot retail plaza in Avon anchored by Marshalls, Michaels and The Fresh Market, recently sold for $22.3 million.
Nod Brook Owner LLC sold the center at 287 and 315 West Main St. to Nod Brook Investors LLC, in a deal recorded April 12, according to Avon land records.
Town assessing records do not list a property at 287 West Main St. Records show a 21.8-acre property at 315 West Main St., with a 74,304-square-foot commercial building. Nod Brook has that building and another hosting the grocery store.
