Central Washington University’s student-run food drive is asking the community for help to stock its pantry for Wildcats who need extra support this winter.
ELLENSBURG – The Office of Governor Jay Inslee released its Supplemental Operating and Capital Budget proposals for the 2024 fiscal year on Wednesday, including funding for several ongoing Central Washington University projects and priorities.

ELLENSBURG - Every year, the Washington governor appoints one student to join the Central Washington University Board of Trustees, to serve as a voting member as well as a liaison between the board and the student body. This year, Governor Jay Inslee selected Sasha Mitchell to fill the role and represent her peers. Mitchell was surprised by the news.
