Family members of a 14-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert say they repeatedly warned authorities that Wilbur Crockwell was luring her over a period of about four years.
A 69-year-old man and 63-year-old woman from Milltown-Head of Bay d'Espoir, N.L., and a 72-year-old man from New Brunswick and are facing numerous charges.
