Oxford Crown Court. Picture by Ed Nix. A MAN sexually assaulted a child while they watched a film in the same bed, a court heard. Oxford Crown Court was told that Ashley Bourton, 22, of Wigod Way, Wallingford, sexually assaulted a child under 13 on August 23, 2018. He denies the charge. Three witnesses, who cannot be named for legal reasons, took to the stand yesterday to give evidence. The court heard that the alleged victim had been watching a film in Mr Bourton s bed. A witness told the court that they went to check on the girl but when they got to the door of the bedroom, they saw the girl get up from the bed with her leggings and knickers down around her knees.
