Houston native LaDonna Wiggins has been indicted for bank fraud, money laundering and making a false statement to a bank as part of a $3.6 million CARES Act scam, according to Justice Department U.S. Acting Attorney Jennifer Lowery. Wiggins appeared before a U.S. Magistrate on Tuesday.
