A Montgomery County woman died in Reading Hospital on Sunday of injuries suffered in a one-vehicle crash in northwestern Berks County.
Judy Hentz, 78, of Horsham, was pronounced dead at 4:58 p.m. by a trauma doctor in Reading Hospital, acting Berks County Coroner Jonn M. Hollenbach said Wednesday.
It was the third fatal crash in Berks over a weekend that claimed a total of four lives.

Hentz died of multiple injuries and her death was ruled accidental, he said.
The crash happened about 1:40 p.m. in the 8900 block of Lancaster Avenue, or Route 501, in Bethel Township.
Hentz was driving southbound just south of Bashore Street when her vehicle veered off the road and struck the end of a storm-drainage pipe, police said.
A crash that claimed the lives of an Exeter Township couple happened when an SUV pulled into the path of their three-wheel motorcycle from a stop sign in Oley Township, Central Berks Regional police said Monday.
Terry A. Hafer, 62, and his wife, Bonnie A., 62, died in the crash about 10:15 p.m. Friday at Friedensburg and Wiest School roads, officials said.
The couple had been out to dinner in Hamburg with their daughter, Tiffany Ollar, of Exeter, and her husband, Justin, and were returning home when the crash occurred, Detective Sgt. Deron Manndel said.

Manndel said the couple s daughter and son-in-law came upon the crash shortly after it happened.
