The disclosure that Stephen Donnelly was concerned about the number of tweets that mentioned him on a day when there were up to 4,000 Covid cases says a lot about our current Health Minister.
For many people it will be final confirmation that he is totally out of his depth in what is among one of the worst governments ever to hold office in this country.
While a minister worrying about his public image might be excusable in normal times, for him to be fretting about his popularity during one of the darkest days of the pandemic is unforgivable.
