Trenton Police were on the scene of a stabbing incident with at least one person suffering injuries early Monday morning. It happened around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Roebling Avenue and Chestnut Street. Police arrived and found a person suffering non-fatal wounds at that location. The victim was transported to the regional medical center for treatment while police investigated the second report of a person stabbed in the vicinity of Whittaker Avenue and Swan Street. Both incidents remain under investigation.
A 32-year-old man from Trenton was found with multiple stab wounds and he was pronounced dead at the hospital on Wednesday night, according to the Mercer County prosecutor.
