Don Bailey, Successor Trustee to Arno L. Renner, Charles Renner and Patrick and Whitney Bailey, successor landowners and operators of lands preserved by the Arno L. Renner Trust and over which Arno Renner donated an Agricultural Easement to the Ohio Department of Agriculture in 2003 filed the lawsuits in Union County Common Pleas Court.
The lawsuits:
1) ask for a writ of mandamus to the ODA, the holder of the Ag Easement, to enforce its terms, and 2) seek injunctive relief and a declaratory judgment against Columbia Gas of Ohio who seeks to acquire commercial gas pipeline easements to construct the Marysville Connector.

A pot-loving couple from Georgia tried to hide marijuana by eating it during a high-speed car chase with cops. Authorities informed that they found the duo engaging in extreme measures to destroy evidence on Sunday night.

A couple is behind bars in spite of going to extreme measures to hide their stash of marijuana during a high-speed car chase.
Whitney Bailey, 23, and Brian Turner, 22, face multiple charges in connection with the incident, which happened earlier this week in Carroll County, authorities say.
After a police officer stopped the pair because they were driving what appeared to be a stolen vehicle, Baily floored it, leading authorities on a wild pursuit that involved driving in the wrong lane and exceeding speeds of 80 miles per hour, a spokesman says.
A frantic Turner disposed of a bag of marijuana during the chase by stuffing it into his mouth and swallowing it, police say.
