At the time of compiling this report, the New Mexico Department of Health, announced a new total of 159,119 New Mexico COVID-19 confirmed positive cases statewide, an increase of 1145 new cases. Data shows that a total of 80,580 people have recovered from COVID-19. In addition, COVID-19 cases recorded locally are as follows: Grant County has increased 11 new cases for a total of 1,126 positive cases; Luna County has increased 28 new cases for a total of 2,560 positive cases; Hidalgo County remained the same for a total 278 positive cases; and Catron County increased 1 new case for a total of 67 positive cases. In addition, according to the New Mexico Red to Green framework, Catron County has reverted from yellow to red. In the northeast corner of the state, Union County had changed from red to yellow, and Harding County from red to green.
