Jess Longrigg, 26, has reopened her indoor facilities to the public following Government guidance. With many outdoor fitness sessions over lockdown at the off-field pitch at Whitehaven Rugby Club, Jess was relieved to no longer rely on good weather to help out her clients. She said: We no longer have to get rained on and people can come and get comfortable. It feels normal again. Jess is able to go back to a full class timetable including group cycling, boxing, spin sessions, aerobics, circuits which take place on Sneckyeat Industrial Estate. With over a 100 clients signed up now, Jess has been doing an astounding service for the community s physical and mental health as a whole. She said: I focus on my classes being community based, it s not a place you come to do exercise and leave. I have many clients with mental health problems and I got into exercise as a result from having one myself.
