PHILIPSBURG: - The staff of the Marie Genevieve de Weever Primary School recently had an informative session with Communications Coordinator Bart van der Meijden of the White Yellow Cross Care Foundation. The purpose of the informative session during the second staff meeting for this month was to apprise them of the COVID-19 vaccine program.
“There is a lot of myths circulating around the island especially via social media and it s imperative that our staff gets first-hand information,” remarked Stuart Johnson School Manager of the Marie Genevieve de Weever Primary School.
The staff was presented the “Vaccination Against COVID-19 roll out plan” by the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development, and Labor. Additionally, the staff was able to ask countless questions regarding the ongoing vaccine program.
