Can a ceo do the job . Megan what it is talking about is he is facing a different set of challenges. He is facing a state department that was upended. He was cut out of the loop on a travel ban for people from seven predominantly muslim countries. It is an unprecedented situation. So while he is bringing in ceo management techniques, his reception has been quite as positive. Him hi the challenge is not what we would expect it. The challenge is getting traction in the administration for a type of leadership style and development of americans foreignpolicy.
