How quickly is that snow going to melt out there. A lot of snow has fallen off the trees, beautiful Winter Wonderland out there. The landmark law reduces certain nonviolent crimes from felonies to misdemeanors. It also gives felons convicted of those crimes an opportunity to have their sentence reduced. Is prop 47 working .
