Despite a lingering drizzle, a record number of happy families flocked to the town of Windermere for the 2023 Light Up Windermere, held Friday, Nov. 17, downtown.
The Town of Windermere listened to the notes of Pyotr Tchaicovsky's "The Nutcracker" as the White Swan Academy students performed their own version of the two-act ballet the afternoon of Saturday, Dec. 17.
