The vacant corner site of a once polluted Arco station, at 8009 164th Ave. N.E. in downtown Redmond, has sold for $10.2 million. The buyer was 8009 164th Owner LLC, which is associated with White Oak Realty Partners of Chicago. As the DJC first reported last summer, that company is planning an eight-story, 214-unit project, to be designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz.

The developers behind the Artisan, a planned apartment tower on the rim of University Circle, expect to break ground within weeks for the 24-story building.
The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority has agreed to issue up to $75 million in taxable bonds for the $109.6 million project, which will rise at the southwest corner of Chester Avenue and Stokes Boulevard. The port s board of directors approved the bond deal during a virtual public meeting on Thursday, March 11.
