Dominic Jukes of Queens Drive drove a motor on Lansbury Road after consuming 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The 27-year-old was fined £500, disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs. A man from Oldbury has been handed a community order after being found guilty of assault. Anthony Pallett of Church Street assaulted an individual causing that person actual bodily harm. The 40-year-old was ordered to carry out 130 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay £620 in costs by Wolverhampton magistrates.
