Capital District Jazz is one of a couple of local organizations that takes up the noble cause of promoting America’s indigenous art form in the region. The nonprofit group is driven by people who pursue its goals out of love and respect for the music and those who make it. The focus is local, but the actions contribute to a perpetual effort that goes on globally.
