While Pennsylvania is less than 7,000 second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine away from having 2 million residents fully vaccinated, an influx of new first doses will be well on their way soon, as Phase 1B in the state’s vaccination rollout plan opens on Monday. Those eligible in the phase will be able to schedule vaccination appointments.

While Pennsylvania hasn’t done a custom farming rate survey since 2016, Maryland, New York and Ohio have recently updated their custom rate charts giving farmers a sense of what they might have to pay for custom work this year.
Michigan will be updating its rate guide this spring, but for this story, the 2019 rates were shared.
