Las Vegas police joined a Nevada lawmaker Catherine Cortez Masto on Monday to discuss what authorities said is a deadly new drug trend emerging in the city.
"If you think someone is having an opioid overdose, it’s better to exercise caution and administer naloxone,” said Emma Lysne, who offers naloxone training through the Steve Rummler HOPE Network.
