While Funimation may not have been able to carry through on bringing out Toriko episodes past their first block of licensed material, and then let the rights to what they had lapse, the property is still out there for fans to get into Tubi TV has now added the first fifty episodes of the series to their service in bilingual form that’s not quite the norm. Based on the manga by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro, the series is directed by Akifumi Zako based on the series composition by Isao Murayama. Hisashi Kagawa handled the character designs and it was animated by Toei Animation. The series ran for 147 episodes before completing in 2014.
