ZWOLLE, La. (KSLA) â Itâs been weeks since Angie Parrie could wash her hair or her dishes or even flush her toilet.
âItâs becoming a public health issue at this point.â
Parrie is one of hundreds of people in Zwolle who have had no running water following historic back-to-back winter storms.

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) â Residents and businesses in Shreveportâs Highland and Queensborough neighborhoods should start seeing some water pressure Monday night, the city advises.
Meantime, workers are completing water restoration efforts downtown.
But the biggest challenge has been service to the communities surrounding Pines Road, says a notice the city released Monday afternoon.
