Smith was shot and killed by a Milwaukee Police officer on august violent protests in the sherman park neighborhood. It has sent dozens of people to the emergency room here in vallejo last night complaining about the heavy smell of gas or diesel making them sick. It was sickening. They had people coming in with the masks, grabbing masks as soon as they got in. They had some started gagging and one lady was throwing up. Reporter some people complain that they were sick to their stomach from this gas smell. Others had trouble breathing. A lot of them complaining they didnt receive the information about the mysterious smell in a timely manner from emergency officials.
